Pulse — home network monitoring
When your WiFi drops,
we already know.
Pulse is a small box we install next to the router you already have. It watches your home network every minute, gives you one screen with your WiFi password, your mesh nodes and every connected device — and raises a flag with us the moment something goes wrong. No new router. No rewiring. No port forwarding into your home.

Your WiFi Guys Pulse
Watching your network. Internet is up.
14 devices connected
One screen for the thing you can never find
Your WiFi password, your guest network, which of your mesh units are online and how well they're talking to each other — all in your own portal, read live from your router rather than from something we wrote down at installation.
Your WiFi, in plain sight
Network name and password, shown in full when you tap Show. Guest network details too. No more hunting through WhatsApp for the message where we sent it, or reading it off the bottom of the router with a torch.
Every unit, and how it's coping
Each mesh node with a green or red dot, and the link back to your main router described in words — strong, fair, or weak, try moving it closer. Plus everything currently connected.
We're watching it, so you don't have to
Most WiFi companies find out something's wrong when you call them. This is the part that changes that.
Every 60 seconds
Pulse reports in once a minute. Not once a day, and not only when you ring us.
We get the alert first
If your internet drops, or the box itself goes quiet for ten minutes, our team is notified automatically.
Help, at the right moment
When something's wrong, the button to message us is right there in your portal — not three tabs away.
It improves itself
New features arrive over the air. Updates are signed, install themselves, and roll back automatically if anything fails.
"Are you watching my internet?"
It's the first thing anyone sensible asks about a box in their home. Here is the honest, specific answer.
What Pulse sees
- Which of your mesh units are online
- How strong the link between them is
- Whether your internet is up or down
- The names of devices connected to your WiFi
- Your network's name and password, so we can show them to you
What it never does
- It isn't your router, and your internet doesn't pass through it — unplug it and your WiFi is identical
- It doesn't read, log or store which websites anyone visits, or the contents of anything
- It never opens a port into your home; it only ever dials out to us
- It only reads what your own router's app already shows you

Does it work with my router?
We only list what we've actually tested on real hardware. If yours isn't here, tell us and we'll say honestly whether we can help.
TP-Link Deco
Working today
Verified on the Deco X55 and AX3000. Monitoring, mesh nodes, connected devices, your WiFi and guest details, and remote restart.
Linksys Velop
Working today, with controls
Everything above, plus parental schedules that pause chosen devices at set times, website blocking, and turning guest WiFi on and off from your phone.
ASUS & AiMesh
In testing
Not ready yet, and we won't sell you something that isn't. Tell us your model and we'll let you know the moment it is.
Something else entirely? Tell us what you have — and if your WiFi is the problem rather than the not-knowing, that's what Premium is for.
Pulse or Premium?
Two different answers to two different problems.
Pulse
AED 524 + AED 104/month
For a home with a Deco or Velop that basically works. Keep your kit. Add eyes on it, and someone watching who isn't you.
Premium
AED 1,575 + AED 251/month
For a home where the WiFi itself is the problem. We replace the mesh with UniFi and manage the whole network — full control, proactive alerts, and William, our AI assistant.

We keep an eye on it
Alerts come to us. Help is one tap away in the portal when you need it.

One-off — the box and the visit
Then every month

Monitoring and support
What that includes
Both figures include 5% VAT.
Questions people actually ask
Are you watching my internet activity?
No. Your internet doesn't pass through Pulse — unplug it and your WiFi is exactly the same. It never reads or stores which sites anyone visits. It reads what your own router's app already shows you.
Do I have to change my router?
No. That's the entire point — Pulse sits beside the mesh you already own and leaves it alone.
Does it make my WiFi faster?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Pulse tells you and us what's actually happening. If the answer is that your mesh can't cover your villa, we'll tell you that too.
What happens if the box breaks or I unplug it?
Your WiFi carries on exactly as before — Pulse isn't in the path. If it stops reporting for ten minutes we get an alert automatically and we'll contact you.
Do I need to be an existing customer?
No. If Pulse works with your router, we'll install it.
What's the difference between Pulse and Premium?
Pulse adds visibility to the mesh you already own. Premium replaces it with UniFi and we manage the whole network. Different homes, different problems.
Check if Pulse works with your router
Tell us what you have and we'll confirm the same day — honestly, including if the answer is no.
